PLAN and allied groups are working to place two sustainable growth initiatives on the November ballot. Did you know that the current master plan for northern Nevada calls for up to 1.2 million residents, while we only have enought water for about 600 thousand! Reno has progressed from cherry stem annexations in Cold Springs and Verdi to now wanting to leapfrog 25 miles north to the Winnemucca Ranch valley near Pyramid Lake.
